Welcome to Quarterdeck,
A spacious and comfortable family house in the heart of the lovely seaside town of Southwold. The house is centrally located, very close to the common and the High Street with all its shops and facilities. Unrestricted parking is available in Wymering Road and the surrounding streets.
The house was built in the early Edwardian period and features very large windows, typical of the era, which flood the house with light throughout the day. In particular, the sitting room and main bedroom both feature two large double-glazed south-east and south-west facing bay windows.
To enquire about availability, rates and terms, please contact our letting agents. Durrants holidays@durrants.com.

Outside features a small courtyard with table and chairs.
Quarterdeck is fully centrally-heated and has a large hot water cylinder to ensure an ample supply of hot water.
We are not aware of any other rental property in Southwold offering the facility of free wireless Broadband internet connection. As Southwold does not currently have an internet café, this is obviously a major benefit for internet users.
Regrettably, the turn at the bottom of the stairs and the step down into the kitchen make the house unsuitable for wheelchair users.
